Small Group Training

Small Group Training is for 2 or 3 people who wish to training together. The benefits are suited to individuals who find working in small groups motivating. The sessions are fast paced and at a high intensity so are not ideally suited to beginners. The individuals who are looking to use this service will need to have similar goals and fitness levels.
