This 45 minute class will help you improve your fitness, lose fat, and wanting you coming back for more!



B-HIIT Full Body

B-HIIT Full Body (Click to join) B-HIIT Full Body is 55 minute full body workout.

Bodyjunkies - High Intensity Interval Training focuses on conditioning your major muscles while developing your cardio fitness.

In this class you will be tasked with alternating between your cardio station on our indoor cycles. Then moving on to your resistance station.

This 55 minute class will help you improve your fitness, gain strength, and have you wanting to come back for more!



B-HIIT Lower Body

B-HIIT Lower Body (Click to join) B-HIIT-Lower-Body is Bodyjunkies - High Intensity Interval Training focusing on conditioning your lower-body muscles while developing your cardio fitness.

B-HIIT-Lower-Body involves sequences of exercises to target your lower-body alternated with sequenced cardio drills. You will move from your floor based Lower-body station, then after a short break move to your cardio station on our indoor cycle.

This 45 minute class will help you improve your fitness, gain strength, and have you wanting to come back for more!
