B-Box-Fit is an intense boxing class using drills boxers use to keep fit and stay in shape. Every session is different and will increase your stamina and fitness, while challenging your speed and co-ordination.
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, all punches are delivered on Aqua punchbags.
