Zen and Relaxation

B-Yoga (Click to join) This yoga class is a combination of gentle stretches and restorative poses. In the first part of the class we will wake up your body with a series of loosening stretching exercises, followed by a range of rejuvenating poses. The class will conclude with a relaxing meditative finish.
