You will also benefit from important cardiovascular activity and sheer calorie burning effectiveness, all from one hardworking but fun and effective workout all done in 60 minutes (B-45 is the express version).

B-H.I.I.T (Click to join) Body-weight exercises are grouped into 4 minute blocks of high-intensity training intervals. Starting with 20 seconds of maximum training followed by a 10 second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun. B - H.I.I.T sessions burn up to 500 calories and is amazing for losing weight, toning muscle and feeling great. We also focus is on attacking your spare tyre, upper and lower abs, back muscles, muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes to develop better balance.
