B - Tabata is a 30-minute High-intensity (Click to join) bootcamp. Body-weight exercises are grouped into 4 minute blocks of high-intensity training intervals. Starting with 20 seconds of maximum training followed by a 10 second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun. B - tabata sessions burn upto 500 calories and amazing for losing weight, toning muscle and feeling great.
