About the class:
Work up a sweat with the perfect combination of conditioning, core and cardio taught by a qualified post-natal instructor with your complete well-being in mind. There will be plenty of safe alternatives for newly post-natal mums, all we ask is that you have been given the all clear by your doctor to start exercising again following your 6 week check.
We have a comfy area for babes ‘on the move’ to play (if they choose to stay there of course) but it’s also perfectly ok for them to explore and wander the studio while you work out. Unless they are sleeping at the back of course, smaller babies can relax on the mat next to you or can even be held in your arms or in a carrier/sling.
Ultimately, whatever works best for you and your baby, we can go with the flow. A maximum of 10 mums per class will allow you plenty of one to one attention, leaving enough space for your babes and buggies.
