B-H.I.I.T (Click to join) Body-weight exercises are grouped into 4 minute blocks of high-intensity training intervals. Starting with 20 seconds of maximum training followed by a 10 second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun. B - H.I.I.T sessions burn up to 500 calories and are amazing for losing weight, toning muscle and feeling great. We also focus on attacking your spare tyre, upper and lower abs, back muscles, muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes to develop better balance.
