Each session takes a variety of formats and includes shadow boxing, skipping, pad work, press-ups, sit-ups and intense core work. B-Box-Fit classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is fun, challenging and safe.
