B-Box-Fit (Click to join) is based on the methods and concepts boxers use to keep fit and stay in shape. Each session takes a variety of formats and includes shadow boxing, skipping, pad work, press-ups, sit-ups and intense core work. B-Box Fit classes are aimed at men and women of allages and fitness levels. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is fun, challenging and safe.
